Refund & Cancellation Policy

Be Bright Solutions — Services & Products

This policy applies to fees paid for Be Bright Solutions services and products (e.g. Bright ESMS, Bright EMS, Bright CRM). By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

1. Project-Based and Custom Services

Cancellation and refund terms for custom development or consulting are as set out in your statement of work or contract. Fees for work already completed are generally non-refundable. Unused advance payments may be refunded at our discretion when a project is cancelled by agreement.

2. Subscription Products (SaaS)

You may cancel your subscription as per your plan (e.g. at the end of the billing period). Subscription fees for the current period are typically non-refundable once that period has started. We may issue a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g. service failure, billing error).

3. In-App Purchases (e.g. Google Play)

Refund requests for in-app purchases or subscriptions made via third-party platforms (e.g. Google Play) are subject to the platform’s refund policy. Please use the platform’s process to request a refund.
