Be Bright Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information when you use our website (bebrightsolutions.com) and our Bright ESMS mobile application on Google Play. By using our website or the App, you agree to this policy. This policy is aligned with Google Play’s User Data policy and related requirements. 1. Scope

This policy applies to our website, the Bright ESMS app on Google Play, and other digital products we offer that link here. Google Play requires a public privacy policy URL for apps that collect user data; this page serves as that URL.

2. Data We Collect and How We Use It

We collect only what is needed for the stated features. The following is declared for transparency and for use in Google Play’s Data safety section.

3. Sensitive Permissions (Bright ESMS)

Our app may request the following permissions. We request them when needed (not at startup unless necessary), and users are informed why each is used:

Location — For staff attendance GPS verification.
Camera — For capturing or selecting images (e.g. gallery uploads).
Storage / Media — For accessing photos or files you choose to upload.
Notifications — For push notifications (e.g. alerts, updates).

We do not use these permissions for unrelated purposes. Our privacy policy explains each use.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use data to provide and operate our services (including attendance, gallery, notifications, and account management), process your requests, send updates where you have consented, improve our products, prevent fraud, and comply with laws. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to the stated features.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage. We do not retain data longer than necessary. Our backend is secured with strong authentication and no hardcoded secrets.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or for legal/regulatory reasons. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Account and Data Deletion (Bright ESMS)

You may request account and data deletion from within the app or by contacting support@bebrightsolutions.com or our Contact page. We will delete associated user data when we delete your account. Declarations in Google Play’s Data safety form reflect that users can request deletion.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share data with service providers under strict agreements (e.g. for hosting, analytics, or push notifications). We may also disclose data when required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. User Data Handling (No Deception)

We collect only what is needed for the stated features. We do not use data for unrelated purposes. We do not sell personal data without explicit consent. We disclose our practices honestly in this policy and in the app.

10. Device and Network

Our app does not misuse device or network resources, access data without clear purpose and disclosure, or bypass system security or user controls in a deceptive way. We use normal APIs and declared permissions only for the purposes described here.

11. Data Safety Declaration (Google Play)

We declare all data types we collect or share in Google Play Console under Policy → App content → Data safety. For each type we indicate whether it is collected or shared, optional or required, encrypted in transit, and whether users can request deletion. We keep these declarations accurate.

12. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of marketing. Contact us to exercise these rights. Under GDPR and similar laws, we fulfil data subject requests as applicable.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our website and App are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
